Creator Agreement

1. Purpose of the Platform

EggLauncher provides a marketplace connecting:

• game developers
• content creators
• customers

Developers may create promotional campaigns for their games, allowing creators to promote those games and earn commissions from qualifying purchases generated through their promotion.

EggLauncher acts solely as a technology platform connecting independent parties.

EggLauncher does not guarantee sales performance, marketing reach, or revenue outcomes.

2. Creator Eligibility

To participate as a creator on the Platform, you must:

• be at least 18 years old
• have legal authority to enter into binding agreements
• comply with applicable laws and platform rules

EggLauncher may require identity verification before enabling creator payouts.

3. Creator Accounts

Creators must maintain a valid account on the Platform.

Creators agree to:

• provide accurate account information
• maintain the security of their account credentials
• update any inaccurate information

Creators are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.

4. Creator Campaign Participation

Creators may browse and participate in campaigns created by developers.

Campaigns may include:

• creator commission percentages
• promotional guidelines
• campaign limits or restrictions

Creators may promote games through content such as:

• videos
• livestreams
• social media posts
• websites
• referral links

Creators must comply with any campaign-specific terms set by developers.

5. Creator Commissions

Creators may earn commissions when customers purchase games through their promotional links or campaign attribution.

Commission rates are determined by developers and displayed on the Platform.

Commission payments may be subject to:

• payment processor requirements
• refund or chargeback adjustments
• fraud review
• payout thresholds

EggLauncher does not guarantee that creators will earn commissions or generate sales.

EggLauncher may reverse, reduce, or withhold creator commissions where transactions are refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.

6. Payments and Payouts

Payments on the Platform are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Creator payouts may be processed through Stripe Connect or similar payment services.

Creators must complete payment onboarding requirements, which may include:

• identity verification
• tax documentation
• payout account connection

Payouts may be delayed or withheld to review suspicious activity or chargebacks.

Creators are responsible for any taxes associated with their earnings.

EggLauncher may place temporary holds, reserves, or payout delays where reasonably necessary to address refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, or payment processor requirements.

EggLauncher reserves the right to establish reserves, hold funds, or delay payouts where reasonably necessary to mitigate fraud, chargebacks, payment disputes, or compliance obligations with payment processors.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks

Purchases made through the Platform are subject to the EggLauncher Refund Policy.

If a refund or chargeback occurs:

• associated creator commissions may be reversed
• creator balances may be adjusted accordingly

Creators acknowledge that commissions are only finalized after the applicable refund review period.

8. Promotional Disclosure Requirements

Creators must comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws.

This includes properly disclosing promotional relationships when promoting games through the Platform.

For example, creators should disclose when content includes affiliate links, sponsored promotions, or commission-based promotion.

Creators are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable advertising guidelines.

Creators must comply with all applicable advertising, endorsement, and disclosure laws when promoting games through the Platform, including clearly disclosing affiliate relationships, sponsorships, or commission-based promotion where required.

9. Prohibited Activities

Creators may not engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, including:

• purchasing games themselves to generate commissions
• creating fake accounts or transactions
• manipulating tracking or attribution systems
• misrepresenting games or developers
• engaging in deceptive promotional practices
• purchasing games directly or indirectly through their own referral links for the purpose of generating commissions
• promoting campaigns using illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content while representing the Platform

EggLauncher may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited activities.

10. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of the content they create.

By participating in campaigns, creators grant EggLauncher a limited license to:

• display creator usernames
• attribute promotions or campaigns
• display creator participation within the Platform

This license exists solely for operating the Platform.

11. Platform Role

EggLauncher provides a technology platform connecting developers, creators, and customers.

EggLauncher does not guarantee:

• traffic
• marketing performance
• sales results

Creators acknowledge that earnings depend on many factors outside the control of the Platform.

12. Fraud Prevention

EggLauncher may monitor activity to detect fraud or abuse.

Accounts engaged in suspicious behavior may be investigated.

EggLauncher reserves the right to:

• suspend creator accounts
• reverse commissions
• restrict payouts

if fraudulent activity is suspected.

13. Creator Indemnification

The Creator agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EggBit Games LLC, EggLauncher, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• creator promotional content
• violations of advertising or disclosure laws
• misuse of campaign links
• breach of this Agreement

14. Account Suspension and Termination

EggLauncher may suspend or terminate creator accounts that:

• violate this Agreement
• engage in fraud or abuse
• create legal or financial risk for the Platform

Upon termination, access to creator tools may be revoked and pending payouts may be subject to review.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EggBit Games LLC shall not be liable for damages arising from:

• creator promotional performance
• developer campaign outcomes
• marketplace activity
• third-party payment services

Creators participate in the Platform at their own risk.

16. Changes to This Agreement

EggLauncher may update this Agreement periodically.

When updates occur, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised.

Continued use of creator features after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located within Iowa.

18. Force Majeure

EggLauncher shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including outages, payment processor disruptions, internet failures, or acts of government.

20. Acceptance of Agreement

By participating in campaigns, promoting games, connecting payout accounts, or clicking “I Agree”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Creator Agreement.
