EggLauncher allows developers to distribute digital game keys through creator campaigns and direct purchases.

This Policy establishes rules designed to:

• ensure game keys are legitimate and authorized
• protect customers from invalid or revoked keys
• prevent fraud and abuse
• maintain a fair marketplace for developers and creators

EggLauncher reserves the right to enforce this Policy and take action where violations occur.

2. Authorized Sources of Game Keys

Developers may only upload game keys that originate from legitimate and authorized sources.

Acceptable key sources include:

• keys generated directly by the developer or publisher
• keys issued through official storefront partner programs
• keys generated through authorized developer portals (such as platform partner dashboards)

Developers must ensure they have the legal authority to distribute all keys uploaded to the Platform.

3. Prohibited Key Sources

The following sources of keys are strictly prohibited:

• keys purchased from third-party marketplaces or resellers
• keys obtained through unauthorized bulk purchases
• keys generated using stolen developer accounts
• keys obtained through fraud, exploits, or security breaches
• keys purchased from gray-market key exchanges

EggLauncher may remove keys or suspend developer accounts if prohibited key sources are detected.

4. Key Validity Requirements

Developers must ensure that all uploaded keys:

• activate successfully on the intended platform
• correspond to the correct game or product
• have not been previously redeemed
• are not revoked, disabled, or expired at the time of upload

Keys must be suitable for distribution to customers and creators.

Developers are responsible for verifying the validity of keys before uploading them.

5. Key Upload Limits and Monitoring

EggLauncher may impose limits on:

• the number of keys uploaded
• the number of keys distributed through campaigns
• the rate of key redemption

These limits help protect the platform from abuse and fraud.

EggLauncher may monitor key redemption patterns and suspend campaigns that show suspicious activity.

6. Revoked or Disabled Keys

If a key provided by a developer is later revoked, disabled, or otherwise becomes unusable, the developer may be required to:

• provide a replacement key
• refund the affected purchase
• reimburse the platform for issued refunds

Repeated incidents involving revoked or invalid keys may result in suspension or removal from the Platform.

7. Key Replacement Responsibilities

Developers must provide replacement keys when:

• a key fails to activate
• the wrong key was distributed
• a key becomes invalid due to developer action

Replacement keys should be provided within a reasonable timeframe after notification.

If replacement keys are not provided, EggLauncher may issue refunds in accordance with the Refund Policy.

8. Creator Key Distribution

Developers may distribute keys through creator campaigns.

When keys are provided for promotional campaigns:

• developers remain responsible for key validity
• developers must ensure adequate inventory of keys
• creators must not resell promotional keys unless explicitly allowed by campaign terms

EggLauncher may disable campaigns if insufficient keys are available.

9. Fraud and Abuse Prevention

Developers may not use the Platform to engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, including:

• uploading unauthorized keys
• manipulating key distribution systems
• creating artificial transactions
• coordinating fraudulent purchases or refunds

EggLauncher may investigate suspicious activity and take enforcement action where necessary.

10. Enforcement and Violations

If EggLauncher determines that this Policy has been violated, we may take actions including:

• removing game listings
• disabling campaigns
• suspending developer accounts
• withholding or reversing payouts
• requiring reimbursement for refunds or chargebacks

Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the Platform.

11. Policy Updates

EggLauncher may update this Key Distribution Policy from time to time.

When updates occur, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised.

Continued use of developer features after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
